CMMI limited have writen Human Resource procedures for large and small organisations.  Unlike other functional procedure both Human Resorces and Health and Safety procedures are similar across differing organisations being driven largely by Government policy.  When writing HR and Health and Safety procedures it is necessary to ensure  that all recent legislation changes are addressed.  The best practice for a tasks such as recruitment or training are generally applicable for different organisations only requiring local variations.   

Due to the availability of HR information on the intranet this page makes no attempt to replicate HR Procedures.  HR procedure can normally be produced in one week, including updating  associated forms.  This usually entails modifying existing procedures to address changes in legislation and including a selection of generic best practices. These are then proof read by an independent HR professional.
